Pricing

Our products and subscriptions are sold in the base currency of Pounds Sterling (GBP). We currently also offer our subscription payment in US Dollars (USD). Our payment providers may provide a conversion to the currency of your current location, but we cannot guarantee that all currencies are offered. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products at any time, without prior notice.

Refunds / Money-Back Guarantee

If you buy a course from us, we stand behind it with complete confidence and offer a 'no questions asked' 12-month money-back guarantee. That means you have a full year to work through your course and if at any point you don't feel like it's incredible value for money and getting you the results you want, we'll refund you without questions.

Please note that subscription refunds only apply to the first payment made on a subscription plan, and can only be offered within 7 days of that initial payment being made. Refund requests received 7 days after this initial payment will not be granted. Refunds can only be granted once per product (including subscriptions) per customer.

Discount Codes and Coupons

Discount codes and coupons are only to be used with the intended offer or promotion and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Coupons to redeem free courses are valid for 90 days from their date of issue.

Payment

We use Stripe as our online payment processor. You may pay for your product using an approved credit or debit card - we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. This allows us to process your payment without needing to transfer or store your card information, which allows for greater security.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 service provider, the most stringent level of certification available. You can confirm their certification in Visa's registry of service providers. Stripe is also a participant in the PCI Security Standards Council.

PayPal is available when making payments, and uses their service to process your payment details. We only store enough information to be able to communicate with PayPal about your agreement with us.

Payment will be processed immediately and delivery of your product access shall constitute acceptance by us of your payment.

Availability of Content

We reserve the right to add, withdraw or change any available videos, lessons, and supplementary content without notice.

Disclaimer

The contents of the Site and the products are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, either implied or express, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the Site or its contents will be free of defects, including without limitation viruses or other harmful elements.
